1:1 Body & Mind Coaching
One of my greatest passions is working one-on-one with help anxious mother's to breakthrough self-doubt, regain control, and unleash their inner power.
Why? Because I know what it feels like to have that inner-chatter controlling your life, telling you you are not good enough and feeding your self-doubt with its nasty comments. I know what it feels like to be terrified to walk into a gym or to try something new. I understand not wanting to make change because you afraid of failing.
I get it. Because I too live with anxiety.
After many years of suffering, I now know what my body and mind need to come up for air. I have learned to regain control and take tiny achievable steps in the direction that I want to go, not the direction my anxiety wants me to go.
And I would love to support you and empower you to create a healthier, stronger body and mind so you too can take back control and unleash your inner power.
My spaces are very limited as I only take on five clients to ensure that I can give you the time, energy, and support you deserve.
Want to know what a Body & Mind Coaching Session looks like?
That completely depends on you, your comfort levels, and your goals.
All of my sessions include movement of some kind because I wholeheartedly believe in the benefits of exercise for alleviating anxiety and creating control and confidence. Sometimes we will move first then talk, sometimes we will just move and talk at the same time. What that movement looks like also depends on you, it may be taking a walk along South Bank together, it may be a stretch session or a pilates session, or getting your heart rate up doing an intense HIIT session together. As I said, it's up to you and will differ depending on where you are now in your wellness journey and where it is that you want to be.
What will we talk about? These sessions are a time just for you, a time to focus on your wellness, where you are now, and where you want to be. We will work together to set SMART goals, we will create life-proof plans that lead to action. We will reflect on your successes and when things don't go as planned we will work out why and create contingency plans. I will share some of my favourite resources with you and if exploring mindfulness is something you are interested in, this too we can explore within your sessions.
At the end of every session, you will feel great about yourself, you will feel ready to take the next step forward, and will have the tools and support to confidently do so.
After our session, you'll receive a wrap-up email from me with a recap of our sessions - the goals you set, resources to explore, and any mindfulness strategies we covered.
I will also check in twice a week via text to provide extra support and accountability when needed.
My sessions are located in Wooloongbabba, we have access to Brisbane's most inclusive supportive studio gym or we can take our sessions outside, or mix it up and do both.
The investment starts at $110 per session.
