To be honest, not so many people do genuinely enjoy exercise to start with.
But what I encourage you is to take note of how you feel after you have done it.
No one ever says they regret working out!
Do I need expensive gym clothes?
Wear what feels comfortable for you.
Do I need to turn the camera on?
You don't have to do anything you don't want to until you are ready to. Being on camera does however help you to feel more like apart of our workout community which is motivating and raises happiness levels in itself.
What if I am not fit enough?
Don't worry. The only person you are competing against is yourself.
Every workout can be adjusted to meet you exactly where you are at.
All you need to worry about is pushing YOURself to reach YOUR goals.
What if I don't know how to do the exercises?
Don't worry I will show you how.
Am I locked into a contract?
No, you are charged weekly and you can cancel at any time.
What if I have never practiced meditation before?
Don't worry at all, the word to focus on here is "practice", meditation, like anything else, takes practice and the only way we get practice is by trying. And I will be there to guide you.
